Had an awesome time with friends! It was a perfect base for a theatre break and we loved the nearby shopping mall. The place was clean and staff were super helpful. The breakfast was great and even catered to gluten-free needs. Free parking was a huge plus too!
The only downside was a slight smoke smell in our room, which was a bit off-putting at first.

The hotel’s restaurant was an absolute gem, whipping up a mean breakfast with those delightful chocolate croissants that made my day! Plus, the free parking was a lifesaver, keeping our Bristol adventure breezy.
I didn’t ask, but facing the main road made for a noisy night—definitely not ideal with a little one. And the stink wafting from the stairwell was a bit of a letdown, even if they were scrubbing away.

the hotel was super clean and the staff were really nice, helping us with everything we needed. loved the fluffy robes and slippers in our twin room, and the shower had great pressure. breakfast was good and fresh even tho it cost a bit extra. location was awesome too, really close to city center. would def stay again!
only issue was that we had a hard time finding parking and the logo of the hotel looks kinda cheap. could be more clear about where to park!

I found the wide corridors and convenient lift access truly helpful, making it easy to navigate the hotel. The décor in the common areas felt welcoming, and the hotel provided a clean and spacious environment for relaxation.
More seating in common areas would be beneficial.
